Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and WiFi. Very quiet location even if its very close to the beach and all restaurants. We arrived late in the night at 2 o'clock due to a ferry delay from Italy. That wasn't at all a problem for the host, he was up greeting us. Would love to come back here again.
