The venue is in the heart of old Afionas town center, 1 min from coffee and souvenirs shops and 5-10 min walking to reach many tavernas and restaurants.The sunset viewpoint is also 5 min away and the sunrise is available each morning from the kitchen window 😊. Two gorgeous beaches are reachable: Porto Timoni beach via 20-25 min hiking and Agios Giorgios beach in 30 min walking on the road or 5 min by car. The place has everything you need: fully equiped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, towels for all the guests and some extras. As there is no grocery shop in Afionas, make sure you do your shopping before reaching the small town.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is very modern and well equipped and the location is great. Everything was perfectly clean. Elena was very lovely and responsive when we needed something. The view from the private balcony is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Afionas is a small beautiful village close to the popular Timoni beach. But we loved the beach in Agios Georgios (15 min. by foot) even more. We highly recommend this apartment!

The owners hospitality amazed us. Even if we got there after midnight they greeted us with food and beverage. In the second day the owner made cake for us and it was delicious. The wiew is insane, you can admire beautyfull sunsets from the balcony and in the morning you can see many beaches.

Everything was just perfect, starting with incredible host Magdalena who made our stay at the villa even more pleasant. The villa (no. 10) is located on a hill, overwieving the Arillas beach. It is well furnished and comfortable, suitable for four persons. The pool, the grill even the shower near the pool, everything was perfect. The rooms are arranged and decorated with taste, we especially liked Magdalena’s paintings. It was the best stay we ever had in our lives and we could easily award it 11 points or more. Thank you Magdalena for such a memorable vacatons!

The host is very kind and direct, he fulfilled all our wishes. The apartment is professionally equipped, clean and very comfortable. The view is amazing, especially from the pool :)

The apartment is clean and well equipped. In addition to the large home space, it also has space in front of and behind the cottage, which is the perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing. I believe that a big plus is also the beautiful view stretching right in front of the house. The owner of the apartment is a very nice and helpful man. As soon as we arrived, he contacted us and stressed that we could call him at any time if needed. The only thing that needs to be taken into account is that Agios Georgios beach is located at the bottom, so when returning to Afionas, you should be prepared to climb quite a hill.

Wonderful house right on the seafront with its own garden and gorgeous seaview. The owner Konstantinos is very kind and helpful with a very welle stocked welcome hamper, wonderful suggestions of local restaurants and a very appreciated mid-stay cleaning. Highly recommended!

Great many thanks, Spyros. All was more than perfect. And thanks for the chance to try out the Villa so short-term. I will definitely come back to have a meeting here with my startup partners. They will love the heated pool. The view!!! And the cute sound of the goats sometimes "goating" in the neighborhood. Perfect to calm down after our brainstorming sessions.
