We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and had a great time. All the rooms were very clean and well looked after. My favourite spots were the large porch on the first floor and, of course, the pool! The villa is in a really good location, as it's very close to many beautiful beaches. Additionally, you can reach Rodos city centre or Lindos in just 20 or 30 minutes by car, respectively. There are also many local supermarkets for supplies and traditional restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

we had a wonderful holiday at SunDaLucky, the villa is wonderfully equipped, there is everything you could need. the hosts were very kind, welcoming and caring. the location of the house is perfect, very close to the beach. the house is beautifully decorated, private swimming pool and beautifully arranged space around the house made us feel great there. we recommend this place and thank You very much for Your hospitality at home and in the Porto Bello restaurant.

To begin with, we (four adults) stayed at the villa from June 17-27. We liked the villa itself as well as its surroundings. The villa is new, clean and with a lot of space around, which gave a sense of freedom and privacy. Throughout the villa and its surroundings, there is a brand new equipment (NEW VILLA - first season!). A comfortable and large swimming pool, the possibility of choosing a place to relax, or a covered patio with a grill and a large family table, or a "beach" by the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, or an outdoor leisure, coffee and breakfast corner :-) - ALL NEW. The villa itself is comfortable, spacious (as I mentioned, there were 4 of us), new and well-finished/equipped bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms. A very nice touch was the welcome gift of treats and food for several breakfasts. And I can't miss the wonderful gift we received (for each couple) a handmade platter with a Rhodes motif! The location of the villa - convenient both for those who like the beach (exactly 900 m to the beach - max 15 minutes on foot, safe and quiet neighborhood / road), and for those who sometimes like to go out to the city or explore the area. To Lindos 30 km to Rhodos 20 km. There are plenty of well-stocked shops in the area, the center of Afantou can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a (seems little known) restaurant Katholiki in the area, we recommend it, it may not impress from the outside but they have very tasty local food! The villa is located in the allotment part of the city, where oranges and lemons are grown right next to it - having a car is a great convenience, it gives much more opportunities and allows you to take full advantage of the villa's location. The description would not be complete without mentioning Dimitris! Dimitris is the owner of the villa - importantly, he is Greek / Rhodesian, very open, kind and helpful with a great passion for creating unusual clay products.

We, 3 adults and a child, 14 years old, were guests in Villa "3 Roses Residence" in the period from 04/08/2023 to 04/22/2023. The villa "3 Roses Residence" is located on the main road 95 "EO Rodou Lindou" right next to a small flower shop/nursery and about 200 meters from a large supermarket (Panagiotas, B., S.A. Super Market) with an excellent meat department and international and local products. The street noise of the main road 95 can hardly be heard in the villa, as well as at the pool and in the garden. The property is completely fenced in and protected from view by tall trees by the pool. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with large box spring beds and 1 bedroom with single beds) as well as an en suite shower room in the master bedroom and 2 other large bathrooms with bath and shower. The bed mattresses were excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has a large fridge with freezer and a Nepresso coffee machine. There are enough plates, cups and glasses as well as kitchen knives and cutlery. The highlight of the villa is the large pool (up to 1.20 meters deep) with massage jets and a covered area, where there is a chill lounge and a large dining table with 8 chairs as well as the large grill built into the masonry. There is also another, smaller kitchen with fridge, sink and crockery and cutlery in the covered pool area. We enjoyed a barbecue in the evening and ended the eventful day with a glass of wine. Simply fantastic. Almost all rooms have air conditioning. In addition to the fantastic pool area, the villa has several balconies and terraces. In one of the bedrooms there is also a large picture window. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional. We were informed and instructed about all technical devices. There are more than enough table and bed linens as well as towels and bath towels for the pool.

We also enjoyed having a chat with him now and then. Bonus: lots of cats around to pet!

When we arrived there were drinks and very tasty sandwiches and fruits. She gave us great recommendations. About supermarket, great beach bars, restaurants etc. She was also always available, when we had questions. We can warmly recommend the house.
