A great apartment with a beautiful private garden!! just a few minutes walk from the city center. The apartment is fully equipped, with a good air conditioning, a huge fridge with freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave. The bedroom window is facing the garden, which is a great view to wake up to! But the best part is the friendly host family and the tremendous hospitality from their side: I was offered a ride from the airport, which is about half an hour away, on my arrival I was given a bottle of wine. During my stay I was given a variety of the best pastries I have ever had, from the local Georgian cuisine of course. I had to ask for smaller portions-as it was too much for me to finish:) It was a one of a kind experience, and as a frequent traveler, I have never encountered anything remotely similar. I highly recommend it for your stay in Kutaisi.

Amazing place. We had the whole apartment for our self and we felt really like home. The owner was really nice and we even got free georgian dish in the evening. They where really helpful and tried there best to make us enjoy the stay. Also really close to some supermarkets and 20min to town city.

It's in a residential nice neighborhood. The owner was nice to accept me despite arriving much later than anticipated due to flight delays. It has the basics of what you need and is nice and quaint. The gate is secure for safety, and the dogs bark when strangers come, so if someone tried anything, they'll have hard time doing so without the dogs barking which will wake someone.

Room was spacious, fresh and very clean. On arrival we were offered the local wine and Nino showed us the house. Downstairs is spacious kitchen area with coffee/tee facilities available without any extra charge and fireplace. Nino offered to light a fireplace for us if we are interested, so the second evening we spent downstairs at the fireplace. Absolutely recommend this place for stay in Kutaisi.
