The cottage was lovely, cosy and comfortable and with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It was nice to receive the complimentary biscuits and savoury goodies, along with milk and tea/ coffee when we arrived. We had as much heating as we needed and the water was hot. The cottage is 10 mins walk from the centre of the town with its pubs, takeaways and cafés. It is also in the Cotswold Way so a great base for some lovely walks.

the owners have thought of everything and the lovely touches of some bread, milk, butter and biscuits really set this off. This really is a home away from home, and we were able to enjoy all aspects of the house including the lovely sun-trap of a garden. Perfect little family home. Close to some great walks, a very short walk to the lovely local pub and a little bit longer through farmer’s fields to Charfield where we had a well deserved pint of cider in the sun at the Plough and an even more deserved cake in the sun at the Birdcage Cakery.
