Loved the history behind this property and it was ideally situated to visit North Somerset and family who lived in the area. Superb facilities which were great for a short stay during half term. The cottage was warm and although we didn't use the wood burning stove, we were left fuel if we wanted to. My adult son appreciated the hospitality tray in his bedroom. We didn't mind the creaky floors and and interesting stairs, it added to the charm of the property. We avoided using the upstairs toilet, easier to come down at night and use the one downstairs, again not a problem for adults with good mobility. Would happily book again.

The staff at the White Hart were really accommodating, friendly, charming, and helpful. They found us taxi numbers and let us book taxis using their phone (as the signal is a bit patchy in Wiveliscombe). Our rooms were a good size, very clean and very comfortable and we weren’t bustled out of the doors super-early on the morning of leaving or anything. There is a good car park and everything worked well for us - we had a very good stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The room was larger than I expected and very clean. The food was good especially the burgers. I was disappointed that there is no longer breakfast available

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with an added bonus of the shower being high enough for a 6’4” person to shower comfortably!! The food available on the evening was absolutely delicious and anything we needed was quickly sorted, check in and out was easy and fast and the pub attached allowed dogs :) even though there was no breakfast at the hotel they recommended a lovely cafe just opposite.
