We arrived from Europe without a electrical outlet converter, and our hostess was able to find a solution for us. She had restaurant recommendations for all of our specific wishes. The home is beautiful, with elegant wooden furnishings, everything in perfect order. Very thoughtful and tasty breakfast foods, with premium espresso pods, pg tips tea, English muffins, butter and red fruit jam. Oh, and fresh fruit. Delicious and thoughtful. Would come again in a heartbeat, definitely a premium address!!

Highly recommended, simply due to how fast the hosts reply and how dedicated they tried to solve our problem. We love everything about the stay, unfortunately we faced a fine note while doing nothing wrong. The host correctly helped us setup the residence parking permit the day before, but maybe due to a system glitch we get a fine note on the next day. The hosts arrived no later than 15mins at door, and patiently listen to us on what happened. Then they helped us inspected the fine note, and promised to solve this themselves. 10/10 wonderful hosts, please stay at this house if you happened to pass by Stratford. The experience is just brilliant.

With free WiFi, this 2-bedroom holiday home features a cable flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. The accommodation offers a fireplace.

This is a little gem of a cottage, just the perfect place for a romantic getaway, we loved the comfy, homeley feel of the place as soon as we walked in the door. The seating area out the back gets the sun alot and is so peaceful to sit and enjoy a cuppa. While parking is on the main road it's not too far (no more than 20 yards) and the cottage is on a pedestrain only pathway so there is little to no road noise. The Kitchen and bathroom have clearly been done recenly and are done to a high specification with everything that you need in the kitchen, although we didn't cook while we were there. The dog bowls were appreciated, we left one outside on the step with water in because our dog has a tendancy to leave water everywhere while drinking and didn't want him to leave puddes all over the floor. The location was perfect for getting into Stratford as it's only a mile and a bit by car, but i expect if you wanted to walk into the town centre it wouldn't take too long and there are plenty of pubs, shope within the area to keep anyone entertained. We did the Ghost tour round the Tudor Museum while we were there and would recommend that anyone brave enough looks into it as we had a fab time.

Dealing with the property owner is an absolute delight and made very simple by using WhatsApp, all questions are responded to very quickly and in a lovely friendly manner. All in all we had a delightful stay and would definitely return again.

    Nice location and spacious car park. Breakfast available for extra cost. Our room was upgraded to deluxe double which was lovely. Room was very clean on arrival and nice and quiet at night, no disturbance.

    The flat was extremely central and clean. It was a fab location and very comfortable. The beds were grim but everyone slept really well and there was a lovely welcome pack and milk in the fridge when we arrived. One of the best independent holiday homes we’ve stayed in!

    We stayed for three nights with five people and a dog. A very lovingly furnished holiday home, very clean and perfectly located for us. We enjoyed the bottle of red wine on the first evening. Everything was perfect, we would love to come back.
