Everything! The location is exceptional. The house is beautifully designed with lovely views and wonderful facilities... Everything you could need including kayaks which were great fun.

Pilchards Cottage is absolutely charming. It is set right in the heart of Noss Mayo and a few steps from The Ship Inn (highly recommended). The property is very well supplied with everything you need during your stay and Gabrielle was quick to help on any queries. There are beautiful walks from the cottage and shops accessible across the Causeway in Newton Ferrers at low tide. The lack of shops on the doorstep somehow adds to the charm of Noss Mayo. The other outstanding feature of the village is the pure friendliness of all the residents without exception. We spent a truly idyllic week at Pilchards Cottage, thank you Gabrielle

My wife and I had a fantastic 3 day stay at this lovely cottage that was superbly presented and in a great location. From check in to check out we could not fault our hosts or the facilities that were on offer within the cottage. The kitchen, white goods, cooker and utensils/ crockery are all new - as is the majority of the cottage's furniture. In the evening it was so nice to light the log fire and relax with our dogs in the very comfortable lounge while watching the large multi channel TV with a few chilled wines!

We had an excellent stay. The house was spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could wish for. There was a generous welcome tray and excellent kitchen facilities and even a small outdoor terrace. Karen was friendly and welcoming and even helped us out with a lift to help us on our way in the morning.
