Pilchards Cottage is absolutely charming. It is set right in the heart of Noss Mayo and a few steps from The Ship Inn (highly recommended). The property is very well supplied with everything you need during your stay and Gabrielle was quick to help on any queries. There are beautiful walks from the cottage and shops accessible across the Causeway in Newton Ferrers at low tide. The lack of shops on the doorstep somehow adds to the charm of Noss Mayo. My wife and I had a fantastic 3 day stay at this lovely cottage that was superbly presented and in a great location. From check in to check out we could not fault our hosts or the facilities that were on offer within the cottage. The kitchen, white goods, cooker and utensils/ crockery are all new - as is the majority of the cottage's furniture. In the evening it was so nice to light the log fire and relax with our dogs in the very comfortable lounge while watching the large multi channel TV with a few chilled wines!
