Staff (Colleen and Danielle) were really helpful regarding an issue out of their hands effecting the stay. The house was very comfy and well kept. Even provided things like snacks, milk and tea which were really welcoming and helpful.

Hannah contacted us and sorted out the key for us everything went well and she left us so many goodies to enjoy we really appreciated it on arrival we will certainly be going back next time we go to Newcastle.

The property was a delight. Wife and kids were so happy that the property was so warm despite the heating turned off. We didn't want to leave as it was better than we could have imagined. Bottle of bubbly to welcome us. It was wonderful. A real home from home. I'd recommend this without doubt. Very close to the town and other worthwhile excursions.
