Loved being visited by Sooty and Sweep, two very friendly cats, and also a sheep at the kitchen window! Haha!.. Cosy, warm cottage. Very well equipped. Everything was very well thought out, including the drying and boot room. Great little place. Highly recommended. Very close to Wast Water.

I came here for walking with three other friends and we all wanted our own room and space and this property ticked all the boxes for us and it didn’t disappoint. The cottage is really spacious with a beautiful and unique style. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable beds - much needed if you’ve been out walking all day!. Great location, peaceful and absolutely amazing views. The hot tub was a decent size and great way to relax after a long days walking.

The location was perfect for us. The grounds were beautiful to walk around on an evening and so peaceful. It was our first time visiting the lakes and it was lovely and this property was ideal for us, we couldn't fault it, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
