Secluded location - peaceful, just what I needed. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Basic cooking but adequate cooking facilities, fridge, mini oven / grill with 2 electric rings on the top- toaster & kettle etc. Even a bottle of milk, no welcome goodies like may other places leave. board games available and a selection of dvd's but I never switched TV on at all. Whilst shower & toilet are a short walk away, shower was perfectly hot enough, towels & linen supplied Welcomed by a really cuddly friendly Bailey ( horse) each morning, demanding morning cuddles was a delight. If you want a peaceful, almost off gird type break this is it. Very short drive to both Druridge bay country park and Cresswell

Very central location - just 10 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking is on a very narrow street - fortunately we had a small car. Wifi was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, tea coffee and milk provided. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Very stylishly furnished. Nothing to dislike and everything to like.
