Our stay was absolutely Perfect and after renting many homes, the Ullswater home is one, if not The Best!! The place & location is beautiful, the beds are incredible and Claire is the most amazing host!!! Communication before, during & after our stay was excellent. Claire left us several treats from a bottle of wine to bread & yogurt/strawberries & so much more!!! We visited several Lake District towns, Dove cottage, went boating on Lake Windermere, toured a Sheep farm, had dinner at Fellpack & day trip to Scotland. We also walked the trails just steps from our front door for beautiful countryside & sunsets! We will return to Ullswater home, however ~ it won’t be soon enough!
