What an amazing little find! The house was lovely and modern.. great little touches! The beds were so comfy! Everything was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Lots of choice of the tv which pleased our 13 year old. We will definitely be booking to go back soon. Just a small drive to our favourite places in the dales… absolutely perfect for us. A beautiful very well equipped newer home with 3 nice sized bedrooms each with own closet, 2 full bathrooms, and a separate downstairs toilet! Gorgeous modern appliances, comfortable beds with beautiful bedding, open plan layout, private driveway, and lovely private fenced in garden and stone patio area! Excellent host, very accommodating and easy to contact. Arrived to find farm fresh eggs and a pint of milk in the refrigerator, along with a welcome tray of tea, coffee and cookies! Lockbox with house keys are convenient and easy to use. Local pub just steps away! A very nice clean holiday cottage just a few minutes drive from the town of Colne. An excellent deal!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Waterside Cottage exceeded our expectations, it has everything and more you could ever wish for and is easily one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and is fully equipped to meet your every need. There is ample space throughout with a fabulous fully equipped kitchen and lovely comfortable sofa’s and beds. Have to give a special mention to the bathroom .. so warm and the shower is amazing and very spacious. The lovely welcome basket was also very much appreciated (especially the treat biscuits for our wee dog) and reflects the attention to detail provided by the property owners. I would also like to add that the information pack so thoughtfully put together is extremely helpful. There are limited parking spaces but my husband and I had no problem parking right outside the cottage. Communicating with Donna (the owner) was a delight, she is so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Waterside Cottage to others. Thank you you for a wonderful stay we will hopefully be back soon.

It was very clean and warm. There were some lovely pictures and tasteful decor. The bed was super comfy. Everything was explained very well re the heating and Internet password.
