Everything - the hosts were fabulous, homemade cake and essentials waiting on arrival. The accommodation has absolutely everything you need and more. Comfy beds, great location as a base for exploring the area - a tranquil haven foe peace and quiet. Within an hour of being there we were making plans for a longer stay next year. Excellent 👍

We love visiting Norfolk for walking and bird watching, have stayed in various nice hotels and self catering accommodation over the years, but this was the best place we’ve stayed. We were extremely comfortable in this beautiful home. We loved the atmosphere and decor, the peace and quiet. On one of the days, the weather was particularly wet, but we still had an enjoyable day, reading and admiring all the interesting pictures and garden prints. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with every dish and utensil we needed. On the days we did get out walking, it was great to come back to such comfort and to be able to dry our wet jackets and boots in the utility room. The gardens are a particularly wonderful feature of this accommodation and we were invited to walk around and to enjoy all the lovely perspectives and views. We enjoyed seeing the many varieties of trees and shrubs and the beautiful sculptures. We appreciated this greatly and it added to the restful nature of the location. Thanks to Katie for excellent communication and the recommendation of the local pub, the Brisley Bell where we had a great meal.
