Staff were universally helpful, friendly, efficient and very hard working. Breakfast and dinner were really good - especially the pancake machine! Spa treatment was v relaxing .

The hotel is very clean and our room in the Lodges was fantastic with a view of the loch. We had an apartment really which was very large and suitable for a small family. Overall the Hotel was picturesque and comfortable.
