We arrived in December in heavy rain and found the gîte warm and comfortable. Host welcoming. Although being December we did not us it, the gîte has an equiped terrace facing onto open garden. Very pleasant. Paray-le-Monial is a very historic and attractive town.

We arrived on a cloudy cool day, and the host had lit the log burner for our arrival, making the home extremely cosy and homely immediately. The house has everything you need....we took supplies with us but the option for dinner is a good one, as the Grand Moulin is somewhere you want to stay in, not leave to find a restaurant. The views are stunning - we loved watching the cows roaming around, and listening to the birds. Breakfast was excellent - large portions, very fresh and beautifully presented. Thankyou for sharing it with us.
