We were delayed due to a ferry arrival being late at Caen port. We sent a message to the Host who was very quick at responding and this was no trouble arriving later than scheduled. the Gite was vary large, roomy and spacious with lots of kitchen aids to have different meals. the Hot Tub was superb and helped us relax even more. the little village was charming with a bakery, supermarket and a few little restaurants too. A nice gift too left by Celia the host was a very nice touch also thank you Celia.

Lovely house, equipped with everything, tastefully furnished. Adrien is an excellent host. We had some problems at the beginning, related to the heating and the kitchen, which he promptly solved. He was very helpful in giving us tips on what to visit in the region. If you wish, there is the possibility of trying typical local dishes prepared directly by his family. I highly recommend it even though perhaps the region is at its best in spring/summer.

Our stay at "Charmante maison près du canal" exceeded all expectations. It was a truly beautiful house, proving even more stunning than the photos. Its convenient location near major cities was a bonus, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the area. The bedrooms were spacious and luxurious, each with its own bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and relaxation. Moreover, the house was impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. A big thank you to Tiphanie for her excellent service and quick responses to our questions. Our 2 year old son loved the bed and chair provided. 😀 In short, we wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to come back soon!

Bruno the owner was an exceptional host. We had a fantastic meal at his restaurant which was 6 km away, situated on the edge of a lake. Well worth going to. Good breakfast with fresh produce and eggs laid by his chickens. In a lovely rural setting.
