Great location a few blocks from town. Apartment has many nice small touches like games and toys, tourism recommendations (in 4 languages), several comfortable seating areas. Unlike our other apartment rentals from this trip, this is a place we would have been comfortable relaxing in and cooking/eating.

A fantastic find! Large 1 bedroom flat in a beautiful historic home with a lovely private garden to enjoy the outdoors. The house is located in a very peaceful area while being close to the centre of Avranches. It was a quick walk to the shops and parks. There is a tranquil pasture overlooking the sea offering gorgeous views of Mont Saint-Michel! Very child-friendly with the closed back yard and children’s books and games available in the flat.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the charming town centre but felt like being in the middle of the countryside. All facilities were brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent shower. Access was easy with the lockbox. The host responded immediately to messages.
