Typical Canarian Cottage extended in a contemporary style with excellent facilities and a stunning Minimalist garden. It has a lot of space both indoor and outside and a lot of thought has gone into El Guinche. No dedicated parking but there is on street parking close enough... To not rent El Guinche as no dedicated parking would be a mistake like we nearly made! Communication from the hosts was attentive and the one minor problem was resolved at our convenience. Definitely wished we'd chosen to stay a bit longer!

It is well positioned in the small town of Fuencaliente, in walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the Volcán de San Antonio and visitor centre (well worth a visit). Good walks from the house along the route of the volcanos. We parked our hire car outside the house. Very good communication with the hosts.
