Modern flat, stylishly decorated, well-equipped. All kitchen utensils were present, welcome bottle of wine, home made jam, a variety of games, extra blankets, an excellent BBQ, nice pool, and so on. There was nothing we could think of that was missing or could be better. The flat is a short walk from the beach. The golf course did not bother us at all. And last but not least, the welcome by Jochen and Moritz was very pleasant. They were also very available in case of questions during our stay. And there was flexibility in check in and check out hours. In short, definitely highly recommended accommodation!

What more can I say ; everything was just perfect. First, the location. The ocean, beach and promenade at our doorsteps. You can walk miles, stop at one of the many restaurants along the board walk, have a drink on a terrasse. If you have kids, there are many little playgrounds scattered among the parks and beach. Groceries, pharmacies, other shops also walking distance. Second, the house; I loved it so much I wish I could buy it and make it my holiday home! The place was spotless. Furnish with everything you might need during your stay and even more; from kitchen utilities to beach chairs, beach toys, coffee, drinks, card decks, shampoo and all bathroom necessity, power adaptors, just to name a few. You can enjoy your breakfast on the large garden terrace in the morning, or drink at night. And last, but not the least, you are welcome in the house as a guest, not just as a renter. Jorge could not be there when we arrived so his parents greeted us. We could not have wished for better welcoming. Lovely people! Communication with Jorge was super easy and helpful. Do not hesitate to chose this apartment for your vacation. My only regret is having stayed only 4 nights. Thank you!!
