Well what a welcome! First of all the owners were really helpful even from the day we booked the holiday Communication was the best I think I have ever had. We were sent the exact google map detail of the location as it is remote and would have been hard to find without that. On that note a car is a must. Since covid we have had so many rentals that had key safe entry. We were met in person and given a little tour round all the facilities at the property which was lovely. They even left us some Mangos which grow within their grounds for us to enjoy. The first thing that hit us was the view. It really is quite something else. The front of the house looks down the valley right to the sea at Torre del Mar and the view is stunning day and night. We had many a clear night so stargazing was a perfect activity. The house itself is a lovely quaint open plan dwelling with clearly defined areas, kitchen, dining, living and sleeping area. Perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was really well equipped. Fridge freezer is a great size. Sleeping area was a great size and the bed was super comfortable and love the wooden shutters throughout the property for lovely black out. Aircon was good The outside area was lovely as well. Great dining area under some shade most of the day. The quirky pool was ideal for what we wanted, to cool off after sunbathing or a after a day out in the heat. There is an area attached to the pool for 1 person to sunbathe and there were 2 reclining beach chairs as well and a little table. We were there for 2 weeks so we made use of the washing machine and drying frame The charcoal BBQ is also a great addition which we used a couple of times. The hosts also gave us lots and lots of recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit and also kept in touch to see we were happy during our stay but without being intrusive.

The Host was very nice and welcoming and was waiting at the property when we arrived. He showed us the property and explained where everything was and how everything worked, so our stay could be totally relaxed and comfortable. There was a bowl of fruit and chilled bottle of homemade sweet wine (Malaga Virgen) for us upon arrival as well, which was very nice and thoughtful. Overall, the house, location and views are very nice and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need and has absolutely stunning views of the mountains. It's peaceful and quiet. The best place for a holiday and relax. The owner was very helpful.
