This is an excellent self catered rental of a modern house in a peaceful location 4 minutes from the historic centre of Schmalkalden. A big (open late) supermarket is about 10 mins’ walk away. The house is newly-furnished with everything very functional, sufficiently comfortable and exceptionally clean. 2 good sized bedrooms on separate floors. All the equipment you need in the well-fitted kitchen. Fully fitted bathroom with a large walk-in shower is off the kitchen and a large utility room with WC and basin is on the ground floor. There is a small private garden with furniture and you can park on the space on the pavement outside. Photos show accurate details.
