    The hotel was very clean and modern. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the suburbs, but right by a streetcar stop that takes you into the center of the city in about 10 minutes. They explained the streetcar schedule and how to purchase tickets. When we had to change our travel plans at the last minute because my husband didn't feel well enough to fly, they extended our stay and even printed new boarding passes for our new flights. We would definitely stay here again.

    The rooms were very clean (you know when you have a toddler who crawls everywhere and the clothes are still clean afterwards)! The location is great - right opposite the tram station.

    Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Worked very well with our dog. Good breakfast. Location was a good balance between access to Heidelberg and walks in the local forests and hills. Would definitely stay again.
