We had an amazing holiday in the house! The owners are very friendly and helpful. The house is spotless clean and has all the facilities our family needed: from a dishwasher to towels, some outdoor games for the kids,... nothing was missing! De house is spacious enough for four people. It was so nice to be able to sit in the garden to relax. De village is very small and has no facilities, but on the other hand is very calm and silent. A place to come at rest! Within a 15 min drive there are a couple of interesting excursions: castle Burg Eltz, the city of Cochem, burgruine Winneburg... Also a beautiful environment for a hike. If you travel with kids in summer: we warmly advise you to swim at the "freibäder" at cochem or Treis-Karden (Moselbad).

Brand new property, perfectly situated in a cute town between Cochem and Burg Eltz. A perfect resting point between the two castles. I assume we were the first guests to stay at the property, because it was pristine and looked untouched. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials.

Beautifully appointed property and facilities, in lovely little village. Great location for day trips around the Mosel Valley. Gaby was easy to communicate with and ensured we knew where everything was on arrival. It was a lovely touch to have a bottle of local wine in the fridge on arrival.

Very friendly hosts! The house is authentic with 4 big bedrooms, 2 nicely renovated bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Terrace with garden and parking place. Interesting location at the Mosel with railroad access on walking distance (guesttickets were included).

We stayed for a week at the end of November as a group of 4 adults and a baby and were very impressed from the start. The hosts were so welcoming and had so thoroughly prepared the house, from turning on the heating, clean kitchenware to a cot with blanket for the little one. The Mosel area is such a wonderful area to explore, even in November we enjoyed some good walking weather, castles and Christmas markets. The house itself is a stone’s throw away from the train station and trains come every half an hour in both the direction of Cochem and Koblenz. As a foodie I would have to mention the smoked trout from the local Fischerei- best fish I’ve ever tasted, and the Reibekuchen at the Christmas market, made by the local hotel staff. Would happily stay again and explore more.
