This is a very cute house in lovely location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and pretty alp villages. We were a family of 7 and it was perfect for us for a short stay, would be good for a long stay too. The house was spotlessly cleaned and had everything needed for our stay. Lovely restaurant/pub is about 200 meters away.

Due to the older building structure, it’s a bit clairaudient. But I think, it shouldn’t be a problem if people respect each other. Overall - a pleasant stay. You should def arrive by car, public transport to the house is hard to get. there are a lot of hiking paths in the closer environment (5-20km).

The communication with Eva was really easy, she was flexible with arrival and departure times, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and with lots of space, including a huge terrace. We were greeted with water, beer and a lovely homemade cake, and even got water and chocolate when we left. The apartment is located very close to the ski lift and to the center of Schladming, we had a really good time there and hope to come back one day.
