Very nice apartment,the owner is very attentive and nice, helped with all questions, even allowed pets. Clean and comfortable, has all the supplies and even salt, oil and sugar. Plenty of hot water. Warm floor, which was good for the time of the year. There are walking paths near the house. The shops,cafes and a market are very close .Everything is great, we would like to come back again.

Everything was perfect. Really helpful and kind hosts, the house and the view were even better what we imagined. The hosts were left enough space for private holiday, but they always there if we needed anything. We were there at end of July; the weather was really dynamic; during sunny days the temperature was perfect. We had enough places to visit for 8-10 days.

Nice old mill in a small village with great views! It was very quiet and rural. The host was very nice. We arrived late and they had warmed up the house for us l, which was very kind. The location is awesome. Nearby are waterfalls and a donkey farm. Excellent place for children. We definitely recommend the place and will come back.

Nicely furnished, cozy living room, lots of books, videos and CDs with a beautiful collection of classics and other music. Three bedrooms good for up to 8 people. Dedicated parking. The view from the room was awesome. Specially for New year. Gmünd is very beautiful and has so much to offer to a person who loves history and small old cities. The stuff was very friendly.
