We unfortunately only had two nights here, but were immediately impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Muke Village residents. Alex was an incredibly friendly, kind and ambitious host who gave us an insight into Zambian life. There is a school next to the guest house and we were even allowed to attend lessons and spend time with the children. We will definitely return - probably even as volunteers - as we felt very comfortable and gained an authentic insight into Zambian culture.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue, Tabonina Guesthouse is set in Livingstone, 100 metres from Mosque. Breakfast was fabulous, the owners of the property were there every day to great the guests . We could pick mangoes in front of the rooms and they made mango juice for the guest. The food from Zambezi restaurant was very good and thanks to the house keeper who helped us order the food.
