The place is run by a lovely family and is maintained spotless, and Tan goes out of his way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and have everything they need. We would stay here again.

I should start saying the owner and her family are very special people, they made us feel so welcomed and took care of all we wanted to do in Hoi An and more. We feel this homestay like home away from home. The place is new and clean, the breakfast is very good with different options to choose, “Homie” is very well located, is just 6 mins walking to the old town, and right next to everything (beauty salon, the night market, mini market, massage rooms and a lot of restaurants). We will definitely come back, and we recommend it to everyone.

If you are an individual that travels with low budget it will be the one of the best options for you. The old hotel ist 30 minutes from the center away(with bicycle) you will be surrounded from a lot of locals. And you can get a closer look in to the Lokal life of the lovely people. The cudai beach is also not far away. The hotel it self looks old but the rooms are good and well prepared. Mr Dong the owner will do everything to help you. The last tow days we moved to a lokation that's closer to the city and the airport in danang but he managed us a driver to the airport even if we havent been in his hotel anny Moore. Thank you Mr Dong :)
