This was our favourite homestay in Vietnam! The hosts are so lovely and welcoming, they let us check in at 4am after our night bus. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean with an amazing view. The food is well priced and delicious; we enjoyed having dinner with the family every night. We organised everything through them, including a trekking tour and scooter rental. Highly recommend this beautiful homestay!

I arrived very early at 6 am. A nice lady kindly opened the door for me and showed me my room. for an injured entry they charge an additional 100,000 VND. it's not much) the room was clean and big. Considering that the windows face the street until 10 pm you will hear passing cars and motorcycles, but then everything is quiet and you get enough sleep until the morning. the bed was very large and comfortable. I was also allowed to leave my luggage until the evening. Thanks a lot!

The owner is super friendly and supportive during out stay. Spacious common space and well-designed room. Our room has a lovely balcony and bathroom comes with everything necessary (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc). It was a very pleasant stay.

Host is really a great person, she took care of us very well, gave us many advices about trekking paths and in general about area. We received 19L drinking water container for our room! Location is great, view is wonderful, and our price was very low, especially when compared to the other places nearby. Bed had a special electric warmer to use in colder periods, we didn't need that. It's definitely a good decision to take Mintu Home during your stay in Sapa.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean and the hot shower was amazing! The host family were so kind and friendly and let me stay an extra night fairly last minute in a bigger room at the same cost of my previous room which was really nice of them! The location was good too! Not too close to the rest of town which made it a more peaceful place to stay.

Viet Duc Guest House mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Sa Pa. The location is very good. It is near from the city center you can just walk like 5 minutes. The room is nice so clean and comfortable. You will find a very helpful and nice landlord. The price is a good deal. I recommend you this place to stay at sapa.

We stayed 3 nights. The hostess was amazing - helped us organise a trekking guide, and prepared meals for us. The room was comfortable and the terrace had a very nice view of a green field.
