Wonderful place to stay in and read or venture out (great location) i ended up extending my stay~

Wakanda Nungwi, a property with a garden and a terrace, is located in Nungwi, 1.4 km from Royal Beach, 2.6 km from Kendwa Beach, as well as 43 km from Kichwele Forest Reserve. The hotel is very conveniently located and it is very close to the beach. The owner Selchuk is a great local guide. He informs you about all the attractions. The breakfast they serve is also very good. The rooms are very large too.

A few steps from Jambiani Beach, Olamanga Beach Villa is a recently renovated property situated in Jambiani and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. We loved everything! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lot of privacy. The esthetic is very cozy. Breakfast is all homemade and abundant. The restaurant has delicious food (best we had in the area) and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Everything was solved easily (taxi, excursions, ice...). Highly recommended!

Situated in Paje, within 300 metres of Paje Beach and 18 km of Jozani Forest, Chokoro House features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... The staff !!! The Breakfast!!!! How close it was to everything!!! How intimate it was- great for a group of friends or family to rent the entire space!!!!

Situated in Nungwi, within 500 metres of Supermarket and less than 1 km of East Africa Diving, MITI Beach Bungalows features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well... We loved this property! It was so serene and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Super close to the beach and walking distance from great restaurants and bars.

Featuring a private beach area, garden and views of garden, Mama Root is located in Kizimkazi, a few steps from Kizimkazi Mkunguni Beach. The food was excellent and the hospitality from mama root is as if you are at home. All the arrangements for so organized and also the beach is so in front of the property that you will just sit on the beach whole day and still will not be bored.

Located in Nungwi, on the quieter north east coast of Zanzibar, Game Fish Lodge is situated along the beachfront and features an in-house restaurant, bar and a sun terrace. We have totally enjoyed our stay in Game Fish Lodge! Everything was perfect, including great breakfast and tuna for a dinnner! Silent place with comfortable rooms and seaview. Will stay here for sure in our next trip to Zanzibar!

Situated on a private sand beach overlooking the Indian Ocean, Zanzibar House in Matemwe features a swimming pool and bar. Scuba diving and snorkeling opportunities are also available. I did a huge amount of research before booking this particular property and we were not disappointed at all. It is NOT like staying in a hotel, it is more like being invited to stay at a family house with friends who have exceptional staff providing for you and them. Maxi and Milia are Italian and their home reflects this, as well as their approach with guests, and we found them to be excellent hosts, who will chat with you and help you any way they can in a way I have never experienced in a 'brand' hotel, ever. One of the reviews I saw suggested that Italian guests were better treated - we are English and were treated wonderfully, by absolutely everyone. Another review said the food service was slow because they were not guests of the property, they are completely missing the point, and the style of Zanzibar. I cannot recommend this property enough. The hosts and staff provide a (much quieter than average) place to stay in Zanzibar where you can do as little as you wish, or as much as you want, because your hosts will gladly organise trips with their drivers and cars like they did for us.

Nashu House Stone Town, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Ngambo, 100 metres from Stone Town Beach, 1.2 km from Peace Memorial Museum, as well as 200 metres from Old Dispensary. The Ambience, Staff, Cleanliness, location Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make comfort Both Anna and Hamisa were very helpful Breakfast isn't included however the host Nashu provided Bread and eggs and you can make your own tea so it was lovely 😍

Situated in Paje, 800 metres from Paje Beach and 19 km from Jozani Forest, MOYOWANGU HOUSE PAJE offers a garden and air conditioning. The property is surrounded by a wall and the owner lives next door. There was always someone who was paying attention. So it's very safe there and you don't have to worry at all.
