Die Unterkunft Gala Selimiye, die in Selimiye, 700 m von Strand Selimiye entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem saisonalen Außenpool, kostenlosen Privatparkplätzen,... Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Da es ein Familienbetrieb ist haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter hat sich persönlich bei uns vorgestellt und beim Frühstück haben wir uns immer mal wieder ausgiebig unterhalten. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war einfach atemberaubend. Wir möchten definitiv noch einmal nach Selimiye und im selben Hotel übernachten.

Das Losta Sahil Evi 2 liegt an der Strandpromenade des Dorfes Selimiye, das zur Gemeinde Marmaris gehört. This charming hotel is one of the most relaxing and delightful places I have ever stayed. The town is geared up for Turkish tourists, not for Northern Europeans. So menus are not always available in English and hotel and restaurant staff do not all speak English. Food in most places is local Turkish, although you can find burgers and Pizzas if you really want to. And the local food is delicious! Lovely seafood and fabulous meze. The house is right on the seafront. Super helpful staff. But this is not a flash, soul-less five star. It is a quirky, individual place to stay, as if you are in someone's home. The place is spotlessly clean but some of the fittings, such as taps, are not super modern. Breakfast was superb. Eggs cooked to order alongside freshly baked Turkish bread and a different pastry every day. Plus a simple but delicious salad with cheese, olives, honey and conserves. I am going to miss this so much! Hotel restaurant was excellent - we ate there every other night so that we could compare with other places in walking distance. The setting was a delight, sitting right next to the sea as you dine! Tea and fantastic cakes arriving at your sunbed at 4pm was a very welcome bonus! After the first day or two we cut down the amount we ate at lunch to make room for tea. Room was very comfortable with lots of hot water when you needed it in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows and extra bedding in the cupboard. Bug screens on all the doors and windows kept out insects. The aircon was very efficient but we only used it on one night. Stunning view from our room out across the harbour, was wonderful to wake up to. Before going, I had wondered about how I would feel with people wondering about on the towpath behind the sunbeds. I need not have worried! You are far enough away not to be bothered. And at sunset the staff remove the sunbeds and put the tables out on the pontoon for dinner.

Die Mavi Akvaryum Pension genießt eine ruhige Lage an der Küste einer abgelegenen Region in Marmaris und bietet einen eigenen Strandbereich, einen grünen Garten mit bunten Blumen und einen... Excellent place to swim: The hotel is incredibly close to an amazing beach. Very intimate experience between hotel and beach. Oh; don’t expect a sandy beach. it is a small rocky beach, but the secluded area is incredible!!

Gut gelegen in Marmaris, bietet die Unterkunft Rain Rooms and Food klimatisierte Zimmer mit einer Terrasse und einer Bar. The room we stayed in had some charm (well-decorated, but still simple) and was clean. We enjoyed having a balcony that looked out over the water as well. The layout of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. In the heat of summer in Marmaris, having an AC unit that worked well was a huge help, too. On the whole, the location is very convenient. It is very close to a lot of restaurants, is an easy walk to the castle/archeology museum, and near the water.
