Situated within 1.8 km of The Bridge of the River Kwai and 2.1 km of The Jeath War Museum, Siam Guesthouse provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kanchanaburi. Amazing place for a short or long stay in Kanchanaburi. The guesthouse was decorated in a cool/fun way, with a pound, tables to eat or work and a chill area. Rooms are very spacious, clean, the ac worked perfectly and wifi was super fast! The owner is amazing, super helpful all the time. He helped us to rent a scooter the right amount of time that we needed and also with a lot of tips/advice because we where there during songkran. He make us the favor of keeping our bags until we took the bus so they didn't get wet. If we come back to Kanchanaburi we will stay again here.

Lovely host, facilities are very clean and tidy, swimming pool is good, breakfast was very nice. In a quiet location just away from the main road. Would highly recommend. P.Y. Guest House is 200 meres from JEATH War Museum. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and free drinking water. The hosts were so kind and helpful whenever we had questions, some advices how to movw from one place to another. The room was clean and the towels changed daily. I do not have negative comments. You can go there eyes wide closed.

The hotel is not far from Erawan Falls and is beautifully located on a green field. The price also includes a breakfast.

We ride bicycles to the other side of the river very easily because the house located near pier. When we came back from riding, we are surprised with the basket full of mangoes putting in front of the door. We highly recommend and very appreciayed to stay here. If we have a chance to go to Kanjanaburi we will stay here again.

Chanakarn Guesthouse Sangkhla Buri offers accommodation in Sangkhla Buri. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. A nice, decent-sized and comfortable room with a porch area to relax on. The wifi wasn't terrible, but a bit spotty. I like the location - halfway between the 7/11 and the Mon bridge/lake, so it feels like you can walk anywhere. The owners are very hands-off, but said to call him if I needed anything at all. I left my used cups and garbage bin on the porch on morning and it was all cleaned and taken care of when I got home in the evening. Great!

Quiet environment, stunning views, friendly and hospitable staff. We had such a peaceful time, it was like being in heaven. Definitely one of the loveliest accommodations in Kanchanaburi. We would love to come back again!

Set amidst rural landscapes, Ban Sabai Sabai offers the experience of living in a Thai village. Just 5 minutes’ walk from River Kwai, it features a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. The guesthouse has a beautiful garden and community kitchen and the room had a balcony with a nice view. The guesthouse owners were super friendly. They helped me with everything I needed and gave me a lift to the bus stop when it was time to leave. We also had some nice chats and I had a very good time staying at their place.

Very nice and helpful staff, authentic homestay, family atmosphere, clean. Very affordable including breakfast. Basic breakfast is pretty simple but we receied something extra every day, apparently common with the family breakfast. For those looking for authentic Thai homestay, simple, clean, with nice and smiley staff, this is a great choice.
