We ride bicycles to the other side of the river very easily because the house located near pier. When we came back from riding, we are surprised with the basket full of mangoes putting in front of the door. We highly recommend and very appreciayed to stay here. If we have a chance to go to Kanjanaburi we will stay here again.

Ban Sabai Sabai Guest House is 15 km from Kanchanaburi town and the bridge over River Kwai. It is 2 hours’ drive from Bangkok and provides free parking. We stayed for three days in this little paradise. Lovely room in a lovely garden with lovely people. They speak quite good English and are very willing to help with anything. Every day after sightseeing we were glad to get back "home" and have a beer on our balcony overlooking the garden and listering to the birds in the jungle next to us. Comfortable beds, good working showers, aircom. They even made breakfast en cooked dinner for us, (although that's not in the deal!) and took us to the station. A lovely place for peace, quiet and beauty.
