The owners are a lovely couple who live at the end of the courtyard next to the hotel. The hotel is a cute little cottage with many large wooden beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. They have motorcycle rental and take a photo of your passport instead of keeping it for deposit like many places. Great comfortable stay.

Situated in Chiang Mai, 2 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and 5.6 km from Chiang Mai Gate, Capital O 75422 Million Pillows offers a garden and air conditioning. Very close to the airport, which was perfect as we arrived in the evening, we were greeting upon arrival with our names up on the wall which was a lovely touch. The guest house is well decorated with attention to detail everywhere and many pillows of course! There is a common area with a kitchen, so you can cook your own food and make drinks etc. My 9 year old son loved the space and wanted to make sure I gave it a 10/10.

The fridge was also nice and big. Nice building close to a 7-Eleven and other shops/restaurants. Easily walkable to the centre of Chiang Mai and lots of other places. The owners were very friendly and organised a tour for us when we told them what we were looking to do.

Located 500 metres from Chiang Mai Bus Station, Ban Maitree offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as free bikes and a garden. Everything was great, she even let us in at 12:15 am because our bus was late. Very friendly couple and even gave us mosquito repellent in the form of a strong lemon.

Located in Chiang Mai, 400 metres from Chedi Luang Temple and 400 metres from the centre, Nu Phen Homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a shared lounge. It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.

Set less than 1 km from Three Kings Monument, Rena House Chiang Mai offers accommodation with a terrace. It is located 700 metres from Chang Puak Market and offers luggage storage space. Loved it. Spotless, spacious, great location yet quiet and lovely staff. Oh and comfy bed. Our new favourite in Chiang Mai. We will be back,

Hoh Guesthouse features accommodation situated less than 1 km from the centre of Chiang Mai and offers a garden and a terrace. Excellent and very helpful staff. This accommodation had great facilities and ideal location for exploring Chiang Mai. Would definitely recommend
