It is right on the Roslagsleden (trail) so we could hike before dinner and right after breakfast. The house is also located right on the canal. It is not in the middle of nowhere so there are a few restaurants and stores close in the vicinity. The newly baked, warm, individual apple crisp at breakfast was a nice touch.

It's clearly a labor of love, as the establishment invites the guests to information about the history of the village and offers particulars on a large array of activities from hiking, to kayaking or biking in the region. There is a distinct continental feel to the guest house, as the owner also has a connection to Tuscany, so food items from Italy and outstanding gelato are of the highest quality. The Pensionat website is far and above what you would normally see, as the owner is also a graphic designer.
