This guesthouse was just wonderful in all ways! The owners are really sweet and kind and made us feel so welcome! Both the pool and the balcony had a view of the Atlantic ocean. In the Santa Maria district of Funchal, close to Almirante Reis Beach, Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V has free WiFi and a washing machine. This guest house features accommodation with a balcony. We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!
