And the breakfast had all the local foods. Wonderful!

The nearest airport is Sao Jorge Airport, 6 km from the guest house. Rui's home is located at the end of the village in the most peaceful area with a stunning view. Yet it's close to everything. We had an amazing time here. Rui is the most amazing host I've ever meet. He is helpful, thoughtful and always available to help with anything that can come up. Rui helped us to plan our stay on the island, gave us ideas what to visit and welcomed us like we were family. Rui's place is not just another nice accomodation on the island, it's a home away from home. And I would recommend anyone who wants to have a real Sao Jorge experience to stay with Rui. We will definitely return.

You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. This was my second stay in AzoresDream. In my favourite room I feel already like at home. Julia and her husband are perfect hosts. In this house you will have everyting you need. Rooms are simple and perfectly clean. In the common area there is a kitchen and fridge. I like the location of the house. Velas is rather small so from the house you will have short distance to all main points: the port, the natural swimming area, church and restaurants. Do not miss the lovely public garden of Velas. I can recommend Azores Dream and I hope I will have opportunity to come back one day to SaoJorge island and sleep again in my favourite room. Thank you Julia! Each room comes with a balcony and a private bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms have an ocean view and free WiFi access. Amazing view of the ocean and cliffs. Tables scattered throughout the property for a secluded breakfast surrounded by cool plants a flowers. Staff was soooo awesome. They heard we were leaving early and would miss breakfast and they packed us lunch baggies to eat in the road. Amazing place I hope to come back

São Jorge Island Airport and Velas city centre are within a 10-minute drive. The hotel offers free private parking on site. The suite has 2 decent sized bedrooms with king beds (2 twins together), which were very comfortable. One bedroom had a 3 piece ensuite bathroom and the other 3 piece bathroom was just down the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen had great appliances, including a washer and clothing steamer. We really enjoyed the patio area with inside views of the courtyard. It was a great location where we could easily walk to the gardens, harbour and shopping area.
