Walked 10 metres to board the train. The property has lovely character. The restaurant is excellent. The property’s reservations team works across both their properties, El Albergue and El Balcón in Cusco where we also stayed. They created an itinerary for us to visit Machu Picchu, including train and entrance tickets and transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. All arrangements worked perfectly.

Hosteria de Anita is een levendig pension, dat beheerd wordt door een familie, in de artistieke wijk San Blass in het centrum van Cuzco. Excellent little hotel. Very clean, beautiful, central, and peaceful. Very good breakfast.

We like everything, from the start until the end. The location is perfect. The house is very cozy and good value for money. The family, that runs that business couldn't be more helpful and nice. Paola, Pilar and the rest of the family made us feel like at home. Every breakfast was amazing and we couldn't ask for better start of the day. We don't speak Spanish but this wasn't a problem when speaking with the hosts. Originally we booked two nights and end up spending six. It was hard to leave. We will definitely recomend this property to anyone who wants to feel like at home away from home. :)

Casa Durand is gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Cusco, op 450 meter van het Museum voor Religieuze Kunst, op 1,1 km van het Santa Catalina-klooster en op 1,3 km van de Heilige Familiekerk. De kamer was heel fijn en ruim. Het bed was gigantisch en het sliep heerlijk. De gastvrouw was erg behulpzaam, we mochten onze spullen achterlaten terwijl we de salkantay trek gingen doen en kregen een ontbijtpakketje mee. Ik zou deze plek iedereen aanraden.

Hotel Quilla House 2 ligt in Urubamba, op 3 minuten lopen van Main Square, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. location super close to town center

Casa Salkantay Cusco is gelegen in Cuzco, op 3,1 km van treinstation Wanchaq, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, privéparkeren en een terras. I felt blessed to have landed in this lovely home! Zuzan was there to welcome me when I arrived and when I was feeling sick from the altitude she made me tea and soup and brought it to my room. She even checked on me multiple times to see how I was feeling. She was happy to chat and give me recommendations for Cusco and the valley and I felt she truly cared to know how my trip went even after I left Cusco. I was happy with the breakfast, the private room and bathroom for the price, and the quiet sunny rooftop in the mornings. The place is a 20 min walk to the center and I would taxi back at night. If you want a homey experience, especially if you’re alone and need a bit of caretaking, I highly recommend!!!

Parwa Guest House heeft gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en biedt uitzicht op de bergen in Ollantaytambo. Very comfortable bed, clean bedding and bright. We slept very well. The shower hot water is good pressure. The internet is fast speed. The place is minutes on foot from the Plaza Mayor. Host is friendly and helpful. He helped organized a very comfortable car to Cusco.
