The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, suffice it to say that he went to pick up our suitcases at the checkpoint (about 40 minutes from the hotel by car), which did not arrive thanks to qatar airways with us to Oman (they were brought the next day by someone from the airport but not to the hotel but just to the checkpoint)
