This is not just some accommodation, this is home. Emina made us feel very welcomed at her house and along with the unique architecture, the surroundings and also other lovely guests, this was an experience we will never forget. Wish we had more time to spend here. We spent one night on our way from Muscat to Jebel Shams. The rooms are simple but clean, the bathroom was well equipped. Incredible views waited for us on the rooftop along with pet dogs making us company. I have to admit the breakfast was rather smaller/simpler but everybody has different taste, so it’s hard to please all. Hoping to come sometime again!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beautiful cottages are nestled in a peaceful area. The owner adds a personal touch, and the chef prepares the extensive breakfast with lots of love. A perfect spot to explore the surroundings of Wadi Tanuf, Nizwa, and Sayq plateau.

Good location to see surrounding area. Ahmed, was great. Readily available for any questions you may have. He provided a list of suggestions of where to go and places to eat.

Nastanitev Al khitaym guest house je v mestu Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs v regiji Ad Dakhiliyah in ima verando ter razgled na gore. Rooms were clean and the bed was firm. Meals available on request for 5 Riel. Hosts are very friendly and accomodating - we arrived a bit early and they had our room ready. The food was delicious. Parking available in a small courtyard. We did not see signage for the Guest House, but we asked a local and they easily pointed us in the right direction. We arrived at 2pm and had time to complete the Balcony Trail (which was mostly in the shade) before supper. Recommend to hike the Trail in the afternoon and then enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the private patio. Note: photos attached were all taken from the patio - amazing views!!!

The location is great as its close to the Nizwa Fort. A bit difficult to go in and out with the car but everything else was perfect.
