It was a great location, walking distance from the Nizwa Fort and the Soul Markets. Great breakfasts with good variety of food, coffee and teas.

The hotel is very cosy, with atmosphere. The room we have been given the second night was very comfortable and huge. Even the bathroom was big and fine. If ever I would stay again I wld ask for sure for a room facing the swimming pool, no comparision with the ones inside the hotel, too small! Breakfast is decent. Location is fine, walking distance to the Fort and to visit the city. Free parking
