The cabin setting was peaceful and quiet. The decor was outstanding as well as all of the amenities and breakfast options. Very clear instructions. Immediate hot water. WiFi was fast and easy to connect. Great TV. Bed was so comfortable.

Karen was standing outside to greet us. We felt very welcomed. The room is spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. Very delicious homemade breakfast at a reasonable price.

Situated in Lake Tekapo with a lake and mountains view. Josephine Lakeside Star has a fully equipped kitchen and on-site car park. The village is only 3 minutes drive from the holiday home. The host was very helpful and courteous. Gave us tips for our stay. House and room very clean. Quiet at night.

Sarita was wonderful and welcoming as a host and was very helpful before, during and after our stay (including return of lost property).

It was a very private location with outdoor hot tub to use. As mentioned, it’s a small room but the night view of the sky is beautiful.
