Very clean, spacious and warm place. Staff are friendly and the room is comfortable. Some basic foods provided aswell.

Set in the Skjæringa area of Longyearbyen, Mary-Ann's Polarrigg is built with old rigs. Central Longyearbyen is between 6-8 minutes walk away and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. I liked that it was not in the town and it had a nostalgic look to it. I visited other hotels in town and onece inside they were exactly like hotels every other chain hotel. Maryanns had a cabin looking lounge with sofas and a garden restaurant
