So far this has been the best homestay where we have been staying in Sabah. We booked for one night and ended up staying almost a week. The location is stunning, the rooms are facing a pristine ocean. We swam more than once to the reef right in front of the place. Owner and family are very friendly and they are doing so much to preserve the reef. If you have a chance make them a donation on their found, their planting corals and doing a great job. Breakfast is included and you can have coffee, tea and water all day. They also rent scooter, snorkel and fins and cook lunch and dinner for you if you want to. In this secluded place you'll find all what you need!

Spring Garden er staðsett í Kampung Kundasang og býður upp á gistirými á Kinabalu-fjalli sem er á heimsminjaskrá UNESCO, 24 km frá Ranau. This place has definitely exceeded my expectation. It's located about 5km from desa dairy farm and sosodikon Hill. Nearby also have alpaca club, rabbit farm, and strawberry farm. It is at foothill of Mt KK, which means you will get a spectacular view of Mt KK. Fresh air, quiet peaceful, everything you need to escape city life. It also surrounded by beautiful garden. The room comes with heated toilet flooring, heated water for shower and heated bed. The room and toilet are cleaner than some 4-5stars hotel in city. Host, Mr Lee is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is at H.Benjamin place - located just before entering the rocky path. The quality of the breakfast is actually not as bad as other reviews, considered that this is at ulu place. Can order other breakfast at H. Benjamin with reasonable price

The location is very quiet and peaceful on the top of the hill surrounded by forest, there is a little supermarket in walking distance. For anything else you would need your own vehicle or a short cheap Grab ride into town.
