This wonderful small resort is located at a short walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Nosy Be. Our two-storey bungalow was very spacious and featured two double beds, two single beds and one balcony with sofas. The staff is simply exceptional and responsive, willing to fulfill every single request. You can book at the reception the most popular excursions on the island at very honest prices. Its small and cosy restaurant is open for breakfast (which is included in the bungalow rate), lunch and dinner. Wide choice of tasty, simple dishes at very modest prices. A big thank you to Iacopo and Diego who made my holiday on this fantastic island one of the most beautiful memories I will cherish forever thanks to their great helpfulness and kindness! Real value for (little) money, absolutely recommended!

The location, the garden, the view, the almost empty and sort of private beach and the friendly owners. Villa Colibri is a real paradise. Close to the Villa there is a nice lodge with very good facilities. There is a pool and a very good and cosy restaurant.

We couldn't find many restaurants near the hotel. However, I'm glad that they were able to provide us with a delicious meal despite my sudden request. We ate there every day. There was nothing wrong with the daily recommended menu. Also, although we didn't have any plans, we were able to enjoy local activities without losing time thanks to the arrangements made by the owner. When you go here, please prepare Madagascar Ariary. Required at time of payment. We didn't want to bother them, but we didn't have enough Madagascar ariary so we did. Thank you for your hospitality.

A beautiful place in nature. The staff was excellent. The room is comfortable. They adjusted the food for me because I am vegan and avoid gluten. There is a nice swimming pool. It is recommended to walk with a guide in the nearby forest. Bring a mosquito net with you

Our stay at Les Hibiscus was everything we expected and much more. Our host Solange, warmly welcomed us with refreshing cool fruit juice. Our room was very tastefully furnished, replete with a Krups coffee maker (the capsules are not gratis). The attached and private plunge pool was perfect for taking the edge off the warm afternoons or for a bracing morning 'swim'. The self-catering area was deluxe and had all we needed to make cooked breakfasts or full meals. It's style and class were, like our room, something out of a home and leisure magazine feature. The entire spacious property is immaculately landscaped with solar lights to lead one back from the hill overlooking the sea and Nosy Tanga after watching sunsets in comfortable recliners. The various rooms on the property are all separate and private. Solange was generous with her local knowledge and her staff looked after us very well. There's also a night watchman who let us in and out of the property when we ventured out and back. Les Hibiscus is centrally located and close to a motorcycle rental, a supermarket, the bustling village of Dzamandjar, fifteen minutes stroll from the beach and catching a tuk tuk to places near and far. We can only highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Eastern side of Nosy Be for business or pleasure whether alone, as a couple or in a larger group.

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í Nosy Be, í 2,5 km fjarlægð frá Madirokely-ströndinni. Giannie, the host, was incredible. She took great care of us during our stay and then went above and beyond afterwards. We had mistakenly packed a couple of their towels which she came to collect from the next hotel we stayed at. She organized an airport transfer at a much better rate than our next hotel offered. When our next hotel couldn't arrange a babysitter she found one. And, lastly, when our son left his small suitcase in the taxi that we took to the airport, she arranged to get it back and hold it at Villa Vintana until we returned again. Gracious and cheerful from start to finish. The common areas are limited, but they make the best of them--some board games, games for the kids, TV and lounge area. And they organized tours at a much better rate than other hotels. Food and drink prices were also better value than other restaurants or hotels we went to.
