The room was spacious, very clean and just great quality to the last detail. I needed to work during the days, and couldn’t imagine a better spot to do so, AC worked perfectly, the room had a huge window, I could just sit beside it looking out, and just in front, a tree gave enough cover for privacy. Location is central, just next to the main road but hidden in a side street making it quiet. A few local restaurants are in the area and a Food city is also close by. The owner was very nice, made sure I had everything I needed.

Two minutes walk to Passikudah beach and five minutes to Kalkudah beach.

The owner personally picked up our family, ensuring a safe journey to the place located near the beach. The atmosphere is unique, making it one of the best and safest spots for family time. Rooms are spacious and clean. The highlight was the chance to savor delicious traditional food—an unforgettable experience!

It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

Very nice homestay place, there are several rooms, shared living room, shared open air dinner place and big secured parking. Owners family is very nice and friendly it was very nice to speak with. Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

This hotel offers the perfect beachside retreat, with proximity to both Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. Being situated near these two stunning beaches offers guests the convenience of exploring and enjoying the beauty of two distinct coastal paradises. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Every moment spent at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail from the staff. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat with great value for money.
