Offering a barbecue and views of the mountain, Mresty Guest House is located in El Chouf, 60 km from Beirut. Some rooms have a seating area for your convenience. The house is lovely and the room and bathroom were very clean. The roads are twisty and a little hard to navigate, but we were only a five-minute walk from one beautiful hike and a thirty-minute drive from one of the entrances to the Shouf Preserve. When we arrived, the hosts gave us tea and cake on the balcony. We would have eaten all our meals out there if we could have, but it was a little chilly! They made us dinner and breakfast, both fantastic, with food from their own garden. They were very patient with me when I tried to speak Arabic. They were kind and attentive, and generous-- they gave us fresh fruit and homemade jam for the road! I'd definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Great location, amazing guest house with a lovely ambience and view with direct access to the beach. Delicious breakfast was served on the terrace..while listening to the relaxing sound of the waves hitting the shore. The restaurant downstairs "Aal Shat" serves the best food. We couldn't resist eating there everyday during our stay. Thank you Najib for your great hospitality at Beit el Bahr...it felt like home. We will definately come back!

The place is amazing, very quiet and you can enjoy the surroundings of the hotel. Great food. Very nice and helpful staff. Hiking, wine tours and other opportunities. They really helped us to book some tours even if we arrived late and we appreciated their flexibility.

Just a 3-minute walk from the Citadel and Old Souk, Byblos Fishing Club Guesthouse is located next to the famous ancient harbour of Byblos. Melad was a fabulous host and so helpful for making our stay easy and giving us great advice for everything from banking to dinner. The food at the restaurant is fabulous as well and all the other staff are lovely!
