The wonderful hospitality of Vivanh, the hostess, and everyone (and the cats) here made my stay so pleasant! A couple of very nice restaurants around. The place itself is charming: in colonial style and by the river, the room is cool, airy and have terrace looking over the backyard. the night is so quiet that you hear insects chirping. The location is a bit off from center, but it's an easy distance and very nice by bike/scooter or ferry.

Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the guest house. The property was super close to the night markets and many different restaurants around. Andy, the host was very helpful, he gave us suggestions for places to eat, and things to do which was extremely helpful. The room was also very clean and wifi was really good.

Very nice guest house, located in a quiet little street, delicious breakfast with chocolate banana cake, so we extended our stay to 3 nights.

Simply furnished, the rooms come with a flat-screen TV, a personal safe and a fan. There is also a refrigerator. The private bathrooms include a hot shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Great location. You should book this place as well. Lisa knows it all. Just don’t hesitate to ask. The welcome drink and fruits was a nice touch (perfect timing because me and my wife were getting hungry)

Staff was very friendly & prize-value is excellent. Highly-recommended.

Staff was great, kindly helped with bus tickets and kept a duffle bag for us for 5 days. Breakfast was good.

What a lovely stay! Having been in hostels for a few days I was ready for my privacy and some more room to spread out and this property exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and ease of accessing transportation. The room was very large, the bathroom as well. My only consideration is that it is a bit out of the way of the more popular areas, but a few extra steps never hurt. It was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone in the area.
