Located in Suwon, 500 metres from Exit 5 of Mangpo Subway Station (Bundang Line), SB House features property-wide WiFi and free private parking. A flat-screen TV with cable channels. I have been in SB House from 2023-06-10 to 2023-06-25. All was good. Microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV all in good condition. Bathroom is pretty clean. Bed is comfortable. Subway and bus stations are near the house. Also there are supermarkets 24/7 near the house,bank,cafes. The owner answered to my questions very fast.

The ambience was super- it was peaceful and warm, perfect for those who want to be surrounded by books, and those who are looking for a quiet stay, - It's located within the Heyri Art Village, so it's within walking distance of various cafes, restaurants, shops, and a convenience store. Many are book-centred as Paju is a book city. I didn't have to go out of the village at all, I simply walked around and explored to find the best spots like the Music Space Camerata. - Will definitely come back!

Check in and check out was super easy. The room was clean and all the beds had heater since it's still a bit cold out. Bathroom was clean, too. Location is great. Palace and fortress are just a couple minutes walk away, and there's plenty of bus and bus stops nearby.
